The bulk ferment is when the yeast fully developed through rest. The dough should nearly double in size and get bubbly. The warmer the environment, the faster the dough will ferment. If you leave the dough on the counter it will take about eight to 10 hours. For a more sour dough, leave it in the fridge for up to three days for a slower fermentation.

12:26 p.m.

The TV’s around school are often not working with the time as well as the duration of classes. Frustrated students complain that they don’t know how much time is left in class or how long they have to get to their next class. However, they are usually only out of order for a few minutes and the bells still work allowing students to come and go at the right times.
