9:28 a.m.: Elena Adams ’12 glances at the sign on Patty McQuon’s desk that says “I do not know,” regarding if Staples will get an early dismissal. She was bombarded with constant questions, and therefore put up the sign to avoid further confrontations. Adams was worried about whether or not an early dismissal would be called, and anxiously awaiting the announcement. 
David Dubois sat patiently at the desk for any late arrivers.
