9:45 a.m. In front of Patty’s desk this morning there were bags and bags of non-perishable food donations that were collected this weekend at the Candlelight concert. People brought their donations when they came to watch the concert; the cans were collected by members of the Staples High School National Society as part of the annual “Cans for Candlelight” fundraiser.
