Staff writer Marina Engler ’21 loves playing ice hockey; a big part of her life is rooting for the New York Rangers with her dad.
“I started playing on the team at Staples freshman year, but I played when I was younger,” Engler said. “[My dad and I] always watch the Rangers together.”
After taking Intro to Journalism her freshman year, Engler took a break, but she rejoined Advanced Journalism last year.
“It was really a class that I enjoyed, and I missed writing,” she said. “It’s a great way to meet people […] and write what you are passionate about.”
