Lys Goldman ’21, Paper managing editor
Growing up in a large family of nine, Lys Goldman ’21 learned to become a more independent and hardworking person. As a paper managing editor this year, she sees herself pursuing journalism in the future.
“I see myself continuing with journalism in college,” Goldman said. “I definitely want to continue with [the] school newspaper in college or minor in journalism.”
Goldman also enjoys playing soccer and rooting for Michigan sports. Being a University of Michigan fan was always a big part of her life.
“You can ask anyone in my grade at Staples and they’ll say ‘oh that’s the Michigan girl,’” Goldman said.
