The library is strangely silent
The normally bustling library holds a quiet buzz with no more than 30 students scattered throughout the entire room. This is the lunch period, most commonly the busiest, and therefore the loudest time of the day in the library which today, is the quietest I have ever seen.
Some describe it as nice, while others find that it its bit ‘sketchy’.
Mrs. Horrigan, one of the school librarians, said it simply, “I love it. There is no mess, no need to constantly be getting up and ‘shhing’ the loud students.”
Despite the out of character quietness that was in the library today, librarians and even some students realize that, this is what the library is meant for and maybe it could be nice if it was always like this.
