On Friday Jan. 3, Westport was hit with a storm leaving about 5-6 inches of snow on the ground. The snowstorm caused the Westport Public Schools to be canceled for the day and left the roads in downtown Westport quiet. However, some kids took advantage of the snow day and went sledding on the hills of Green Farms Elementary School. But, whether you are inside the house sitting by the fire or outside playing in the snow, be sure to stay warm!
