Ella Harrington '25, Web News Editor
While Web News Editor Ella Harrington ’25 was originally convinced by her sister to join Inklings, it was the easygoing environment of the classroom that made her stay.
“We have a lot of class discussions,” Harrington said, “but there are no grades or pressure around it.”
As well as the untraditional aspects of the class, having multiple advisors has brightened her experience.
“It makes it so much easier,” Harrington said.
Harrington is a returner to the paper, but basketball is where her true commitment lies.
“I’ve been playing since I was in fifth grade,” Harrington said, “and I love watching it as well.”
Olivia Signorile ’25, Creative Director
Olivia Signorile ’25 has always had a creative eye. From a young age, she expressed her imagination through drawings. In high school she had an awakening when she saw Inklings graphics in the paper. She knew then she wanted to be part of it.
Now entering her final year, Signorile is Creative Director, a position she dedicated herself to from the start. With fresh ideas for the school year, she aims to enhance Inklings’ creativity and inspire others. Just how she once was inspired to join the paper.
“I want people reading the paper to know,” Signorile said, “they can be involved, too.”
Zoe Alpert ’25, Broadcast Manager
Broadcast Manager Zoe Alpert ’25 has always found joy in capturing the moment, a passion that shines through in her role with Inklings. Alpert’s broadcast role is deeply rooted in her love for travel.
“I really love traveling, and I’ve been blessed to travel a lot. On every vacation, I always prioritize taking videos and capturing those beautiful moments,” Alpert said.
Through Inklings, Alpert is able to find joy in both writing and broadcasting.
“Inklings is great because it combines writing and video work,” Alpert said. “Writing allows me to express myself, while videos are lighthearted and fun, allowing others to connect.”
