Slice of Saugatuck offers a unique type of retail experience
Westporters eager to get a combined taste of all the delicacies from different Saugatuck restaurants had the opportunity to on Sunday, Sept. 14, and for free. Organized by the Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce for the Third Annual Slice of Saugatuck Event, over 25 companies displayed themselves for this special day. All day visitors could amble about, listening to various live bands, while tasting items ranging from hot penne at Tutti’s to fish tacos at Viva Zapata. Free activities other than eating included kayak rides at Down Under and a rock-climbing wall sponsored by Minute Men Cleaners.
