The 1975 Broadway hit, “A Chorus Line” will be making its way to Staples this coming March. The Broadway classic is a musical that explores the real-life aspects of an audition process for a show. It was first brought to the stage in 1985 and is still showing today due to its roaring success.
The show follows a large number of aspiring dancers who audition for a director’s new production. Throughout the day, more and more people are eliminated, and the competition gets more intense. Eventually it is narrowed down to 12 dancers who compete for a few spots, each hoping to impress the director with not only their dancing skill but their emotional life stories that get them to where they are today.
